Do I need an API key?
Not for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Claude Code. They sign in with OAuth. Other agents use a key. See Authentication.
Do I need an OpenAI or Anthropic key?
No. Your agent's own model does the writing. ReelFarm designs and renders the slides.
Can ReelFarm post to TikTok or Instagram?
No, it only makes slideshows. Add the Postiz MCP next to ReelFarm to post and schedule from the same chat.
Does ReelFarm generate AI images?
No. It finds real photos on Pinterest and Google Images. To use AI images, make them elsewhere and give your agent the links.
Can I use my own photos?
Yes. Attach them in the chat (your agent uploads them with upload_image), share a Pinterest board, or paste image links.
Can it copy any slideshow?
Any public Instagram carousel or TikTok photo slideshow. Paste the link. Videos are not supported.
What happens if I revoke my API key?
Clients using that key stop working until you give them a new one.
